Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the reporting automation services provided by TheMondayReport ("we", "us", or "our") to commercial clients ("Client", "you").

1. Scope of Service

TheMondayReport delivers custom productised reporting automations connecting client data sources (such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or CSV exports) to an automated spreadsheet or dashboard built in your Google account.

2. Build Timeline & Deliverables

  • Delivery Commitment: The standard build is completed within 15 working days from the date when all necessary data source credentials and confirmed metric schemas are received.
  • Handover Package: Includes an automated reporting spreadsheet/dashboard, scheduled delivery mechanism, a recorded video walkthrough, and 30 calendar days of complimentary bug-fix support.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Fixed Build Fee: Base builds start at £1,000 GBP, quoted upfront before work commences.
  • Milestone Payments: Standard terms are 50% upon project kickoff and 50% upon final delivery handover.
  • Invoicing: Invoices are issued in GBP (£) payable via electronic bank transfer within 14 calendar days.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You own everything. Upon receipt of full payment, all custom scripts, spreadsheet sheets, and visual dashboards developed specifically for your organisation belong entirely to you. We do not charge recurring per-user software seat fees for the automation build.

5. 30-Day Support & Optional Monitoring

All builds include 30 calendar days of post-handover bug fixing. Third-party platforms (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) occasionally update API versions or expire authorization tokens. Clients may opt into our ongoing maintenance plan (from £100/month) or request ad-hoc pay-per-fix support thereafter.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India.
